[She gestures at Skye, holding an arm out with the intention of wrapping it around her waist.]

[Skye lets Kara pull her in, grinning.]

[And with that, she takes off into the air. The good thing about getting a little helping hand from magic is that she doesn't need to fly properly, so she can stay upright, making it easier to keep hold of Skye.]

[Skye gives off a little "Whoa!" of surprise as they take off, but it's still within normal conversation volume. Once they're up in the air, Skye looks around with wonder and glee.]

... Wow. ... Wow. This is amazing. I mean, I've flown in a jet before, but this is something else. Oh. My. God!

[She's actually willing to drop the grumpy exterior for a moment because - yeah, this is one of the best parts of what she is.]
